Safety

**Safety is Advanced Project Solutions, LLC’s top priority.** We adhere to all current local, state, and federal regulations set forth by OSHA and other state agencies. All employees are required to have and use OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment (PPE) while on duty.

Our goal is to ensure that every employee is aware of potential hazards they may encounter and is prepared to address them. We achieve this through a comprehensive Safety Program that all employees must complete before entering any work area.

To maintain compliance with OSHA guidelines regarding training in Safety Rules and Procedures, Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire Prevention, Back Safety, and PPE Training, APS employees are required to undergo ten hours of general safety training each year.

Additionally, each week, the managers of field crews receive “Weekly Safety Topics” from the Safety Department via email. These topics are to be discussed with employees during an open forum at their job site. The weekly discussions cover various items that employees may come into contact with throughout the week. This meeting also allows employees to voice any safety observations or concerns they may have about the job site, ensuring that these issues are properly and promptly addressed.

Historically, Advanced Project Solutions, LLC has undergone safety inspections by OSHA. OSHA representatives are generally impressed with our cooperation, awareness, and the overall safety program we have established for our company and employees. As previously stated, safety is APS’s top concern—not only for our employees but also for their families, the community, and our clients.
